An Attack on Arizona Elections is Underway.

The Solution is Simple and Permanent.

A proactive, community-led measure to protect Arizona’s mail-in voting and common-sense voter-ID laws in the state constitution elections has begun. We need your help.

The Protect the Vote Arizona campaign must gather 383,923 valid signatures by July 2 to qualify for the November 2026 ballot.

When qualified and passed, the Act would protect our fundamental right to vote within the Arizona Constitution. Including:

  • Voting by mail
  • Voting early, in person
  • Voting on Election Day at county voting centers
  • Allowing voters to sign up to receive a ballot for every election
  • Codifying common-sense voter ID requirements, which have been Arizona law since 2005
  • Requiring the outcome of elections to be determined solely by the votes cast by eligible U.S. citizen voters
  • Forbidding the Legislature from eliminating mail-in voting or reducing the early-voting period

The fundamental right to vote must be protected in Arizona’s constitution.
